Tracking down the status of a medical records request can be a daunting, and time-consuming task. We wanted to give our users easy access to records, status and, payments, and we are very excited to announce the general availability launch of the Sharecare Console to our business partners, their patients, and medical record requesters.
The Sharecare Console is designed to provide a rapid, interactive, and user-friendly experience to check the status of your requests. The Sharecare Console can be accessed anytime, day or night, and is hosted in a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment.
The intuitive design of the Console features a detailed dashboard listing all the medical record requests associated with your account. The dashboard is equipped with multiple filters, which gives the flexibility to search and display your requests in a view that suits your needs. The results of your search can be exported for further analysis if desired. The Console gives you the ability to rapidly determine the current state of all requests and drill down into details to get more information if required.
Additional helpful features include visibility to requests that have been paid or are still pending payment. If the request has been completed, you will be able to view and download images of the original authorization and final record packet of the completed request. Note, if a request has a pending payment status, the images will not be available to view or download until payment has been received.
